Comes new year, come new resolutions. Too often, however, the euphoria only lasts a few weeks. So, set your goals on things that are achievable. Eating right is one that can be maintained throughout the year. As we published last month, a healthy diet doesn’t require a lot of money. It requires a genuine devotion to keep the body healthy. Be creative. Stop complaining about how expensive it is to eat healthy.
There are plenty of things you can do. Eating well means listening to that little voice inside that knows the importance of eating right. Be patient. Results will come—the good ones that is. That sensibility may not fit so well with our on-demand culture, where we want results now to be it dinner or weight loss. For more on healthy eating, read our previous article.
