Haitian-Japanese tennis star Naomi Osaka shined at the Met gala last night. The Haitian girl showed the world not only she can be a world champ by playing tennis, but she can also put on a fashion show. She was molded inside a glamorized outfit designed by Louis Vuitton and her older sister Marie. All eyes glued on her as she made her spectacular entry to the grand stage over the red carpet. Paparazzi and dazed onlookers’ draw dropped as she walked flanked by her boyfriend Cordae. Replying to a Vogue’s journalist, the athlete told the world what American fashion means to her. “For me, Americana kinda means a mix of all cultures, and this dress and this look kind of represents my two backgrounds, Haitian and Japanese, so I was really glad I was able to incorporate it.”
