For some, the “V’ word may be off putting—especially to those who perceive it as a great letting go of favorite foods. But it is worth doing this for 4 days, because the ongoing benefits it extends will allow your body to continue to detox—especially if you choose all-organic fruits and vegetables. Science is proving yet again that a plant-based diet is the healthiest in the world. Incontrovertibly, nutrition that comes from organic plant foods can have a direct positive effect on our genetic code—turning on helpful genetic tendencies and turning off harmful ones. Meanwhile, conventionally grown and processed foods that are high in pesticides, salt, sugar, preservatives, food dyes, trans fat, or saturated animal fat can have the opposite effect.

During the 7-day cleanse, you’ll have an opportunity to become a kind of programmer, writing a new future software program for the hardware that is the human body. Plus, you’ll expand your repertoire of fruits, vegetables, and grains. By choosing what you eat, you directly intervene in own health picture. Making the best choices and focus on clean, plant-based foods that look and taste the way nature intended to, you take charge of your own health outcomes, influencing them in the very best way.
