Here is this week’s recipe: Frozen Fruit Smoothie Bowl with Greek Yogurt, Granola and Coconut Flakes
Servings: 1–2 bowls
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients
For the smoothie bas
1 cup frozen mixed berries (or a mix of strawberries, blueberries, mango, pineapple — your choice)
½ frozen banana (for creaminess)
½ cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
¼ cup milk or juice (almond, oat, coconut, or regular — adjust for desired thickness)
1 teaspoon honey or agave syrup (optional, for sweetness)
For the toppings
¼ cup granola
1 tablespoon unsweetened coconut flakes
Fresh fruit slices (optional — banana, strawberry, kiwi, etc.)
A drizzle of honey or nut butter (optional)
Instructions
Blend the base
In a blender, combine the frozen fruits, Greek yogurt, and milk. Blend on high until thick and creamy. If it’s too thick to blend, add a tablespoon of liquid at a time until smooth — the texture should be thicker than a drinkable smoothie.
Pour and smooth
Pour the mixture into a bowl and use a spoon to smooth the top.
Add the toppings
Sprinkle granola evenly over the top, then add coconut flakes. Finish with fresh fruit slices and an optional drizzle of honey or nut butter.
Serve immediately
Enjoy with a spoon for a refreshing, nutrient-packed breakfast or snack!
