A couple of weeks ago, I had the honor to speak with author Anne Merino about her novel titled “Hawksmoor: A Novel of Vampire and Faerie.” It is a story about a handsome British vampire named Robin Dashwood who is about to embark upon an adventure that will take him to England. An unexpected encounter with a beautiful woman named Lady Caroline DeBarry in a Manhattan art gallery thaws his heart. Dashwood hopes the adventure will shine light upon his power as a vampire. Will it?
Anne Merino grew up in both Arozina and in Whales. She is the daughter of an American classical philosopher and a Welsh mother. At a young age, her mother used to tell her “eerie tales of ghosts, elemental beings and mortals who built bonfires to Ceres,” Anne said as we talked. The novel is available on Amazon and on all online bookstores.
