Lemon Garlic Sauce
Ingredients:
1/4 cup unsalted butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (about 2 lemons)
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1/4 cup chicken or vegetable broth
2 tablespoons heavy cream
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh dill or parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions:
Melt the Butter: In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
Sauté the Garlic: Add the minced garlic to the melted butter and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
Add Lemon Juice and Zest: Stir in the lemon juice and lemon zest, then add the broth. Bring the mixture to a simmer.
Finish the Sauce: Reduce the heat to low and stir in the heavy cream. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Continue to cook for another 1-2 minutes, until the sauce is slightly thickened.
Serve: Spoon the lemon garlic sauce over the grilled salmon fillets and garnish with fresh dill or parsley.
