Do you want a quick fix, or do you want a lasting change for a lifetime? The only way to lose weight and keep it off is by having a firm grip on your motivation. Questions you need to ask yourself: “What do I need to do to lose weight?” This brings an urge to look for the perfect diet. But when you begin to whine, unwanted thoughts carry a negative mindset.

“Why is losing weight is so hard?” This type of negative thinking sets you up for failure. If exercising and sticking to a healthy diet are perceived as drudgery, no matter how many times you try to force yourself into sticking to your plan, you’ll find ways to go back to the old habit. It is tempting to go after food that make you feel good in the moment.

When the thirst is over, a feeling of guilt creeps in—until the uncontrolled craving comes back.  This is called self-sabotaging. It’s so important that you get rid of all negative thoughts. A beautiful, strong body will follow. After that, come self-confidence and better connection with people. Guess what? Doors of opportunity will be right open.
