Jozy Altidore, the Haitian-American sensation and the best hope for the USA team, was taken out of the game against Ghana as he suffered from a hamstring, a kind of muscle injury. Jozy was put in a stretcher as he lay in the ground unable to move. As the first half ended, USA was leading 1 to zip—a goal scored by Clint Dempsey on the 37th  second of the match—a record. The Black Stars of Ghana, as the Ghanaians love to call their team did all they could to reverse the tide, but they are still unable to do so. The United States clearly misses Jozy Altidore in this critical moment when the team is wheeling after an early advance.  The game is still going on, but Ghana dominating, putting the US under enormous pressure.
